My son is 18 months old and just got his own room when we moved to the farmhouse in November! To some this may be shocking, but we traveled for the first year of his life in an RV (very unpleasant experience). I couldn’t wait for him to have a large space of his own to play in.
I see all these beautiful nurseries, but I wanted a functional space that he could learn and play, that still was neutral and nice to look at.
I have always been fascinated with maps and learning, so I wanted to incorporate that, and the farmhouse theme.
Our home has these beautiful wood looking tiles, but not practical for a toddler, so I found this huge fluffy rug at Target! I wanted to show off his monthly pictures, you know 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, but didn’t like the traditional baby ones, so I used this collage frame. I loved this USA chalkboard I wrote on with a chalk ink chalk pen. I shop a lot of my pieces at a local shop Rod Works Home Decor, but here are some links.
My favorite thing is using these crates for toy and book storage, I even use a small one for diapers and wipes. crates more crates even more crates

I personally don’t care for the colorful sports prints, but my husband loves them!
Love this growth chart ruler you can track your kids growth without writing on the wall!
Your Instagram pics sucked me in! ? I had to see more of this space. I love everything maps as well! The ruler is awesome!
